Product Overview
Bore water distribution for agricultural sectors and consistent municipal extraction utilize the ZN895-05-3R multistage submersible unit. Part of the ZN895 range, this model features a Duplex Stainless Steel motor configuration and provides high-volume lifting for aquifers. It supports vertical installation in borehole wells or horizontal deployment where motor immersion is maintained at the lowest point.
Manufactured from cast 316 Stainless Steel, the suction support and diffusers handle Aggressive structural stress in intensive service life. The five stages utilize full-diameter semi-axial flow impellers rated for clean water containing sand up to 100 g/m³. The total assembly weighs 168.9 kg and operates in liquids reaching a maximum temperature of 25°C.
The 37 kW motor powers the assembly on a 415v supply with a rated current of 81.8 Amps for borehole duty cycles. It achieves a maximum total head of 134.5 m and a maximum flow rate of 2300 L/Min while rotating at 2900 rpm. These capacities enable dedicated water supply management and pressure maintenance infrastructure in large-scale residential and industrial distribution networks.
Safety containment features Class F insulation and an IP68 enclosure rating for deep-well submerged duty. The unit supports immersion depths up to 350 meters and incorporates double mechanical shaft seals for fluid containment. Internal wear rings manufactured from technopolymer POM-C and EPDM 70 bearing bushes provide hydraulic stability and support the duplex stainless steel shaft assembly.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

Is the Lowara ZN895_05_3R safe to use in mineral-heavy or salty groundwater?
The pump uses stainless-steel wetted components; suitability for saline or aggressive water should be confirmed against the manufacturer's liquid-compatibility limits.
