High pressure irrigation and automatic high-head water distribution are the core applications for this three-phase pressure system. It is designed for sites where clean water from dams or wells must be automatically moved over steep site elevations. The integrated pressure tank ensures that high discharge pressure is available immediately for automatic irrigation systems and troughs.

The unit is powered by a 1.5 kW three-phase 415v motor that operates with a rated current draw of 3.5 Amps per phase. Hydraulic output is characterized by reaching a maximum head of up to 69 m and delivering a maximum flow rate of up to 67 L/Min. This high-pressure configuration is optimised for overcoming vertical lift across challenging site topographies.

This model is supplied with the WK-CJ30-50 water kit, which includes the Type D mechanical switch, pressure gauge, gate valve, and an 18 litre pressure tank. The SW66 injector works with the jet and venturi design to provide higher discharge pressure while purging air from the casing for reliable self-priming. The pressure tank provides approximately 5.6 litres of water draw-off between pump starts, helping reduce pump cycling and maintaining water availability for small demand.

Construction incorporates a solid cast iron body and a double race bearing system that helps the motor handle axial forces from the impeller and radial forces caused by water turbulence. The unit includes a stainless steel shaft, TEFC protection against dust and moisture, and a carbon ceramic shaft seal for reliable operation. The hydraulically tuned pump and integrated pump design generate maximum water flow and pressure while maintaining a low motor load.
