Rural water supply covering both flow and elevation is the CJ850-DW76-20's territory, available in 415V form for properties running three-phase power. It delivers 115 L/Min at 10 m suction, reaching 66 m maximum head as flow eases back, suiting rural properties requiring both elevation gain and reasonable throughput with three-phase efficiency.
The three-phase 2.4 kW / 415V motor draws 5 Amps per phase, running through the large-port 50 mm suction and 40 mm discharge pipework shared with other 20-series injectors, supporting demanding rural water supply with efficient operation.
The injector sits down the bore rather than at the pump. Thermoplastic DW76-20 injector resists salt, hardness and iron, with a smooth bore that reduces turbulence. The jet and venturi are matched to bore yield. An optional Offset Flange (101431, 1½ x 1½ inch female thread) allows installation away from the bore to access water above flood level or closer to electricity.
The pump features a cast iron body, stainless steel shaft, double race bearings and a carbon ceramic mechanical seal. The TEFC motor includes thermal overload protection and handles liquid temperatures up to 65°C. Supplied with the WK-CJ850 water kit assembled and glued, including a 60 litre tank with 20 litre draw-off. Backed by a 2-year warranty; loss-of-prime switch optional.
