The Orange Pumps CP400-SL-PMD Stainless Steel Pressure Pump functions as a full flow, rotodynamic system to deliver maximum water volumes in a short period. This model functions as a stable setup for Customizable Household Pressure and general farm water management. It effectively transfers clean, non-abrasive water in agricultural and domestic water systems.
Driven by a heavy-duty 1.0 kW motor, the unit runs on 240v Single-phase utility power with a current draw of 6.5 Amps. The pump delivers a hydraulic performance of up to Approximately 140 L/Min max flow and Approximately 35 m max head. This supports maximum volume delivery under rated motor load.
The mechanical design utilizes an integrated thermoplastic pump internal made from Nylon 66, precisely calibrated to reduce water turbulence. It features a robust Stainless Steel outer casing and a high-efficiency Open Channel Impeller. The heavy-duty motor is fitted with a stainless steel shaft and a cast iron bearing end shield.
Equipped with an automatic controller, the system provides loss of prime and run-dry protection to protect the pump components. It features a built-in check valve, a flow stop function to prevent rapid motor cycling, and a simple 360-degree swivel joint. The unit is rated for maximum liquid temperatures of Maximum 65°C.
