Product Overview
Clean water distribution in domestic and civil installations is the intended service for the 4CRM80X-EP15 Easy Pump Pressure System. Its quiet operation makes the system suitable for use with small and medium sized pressure tanks, as well as garden and orchard irrigation. Pumped liquids must be clean and not chemically aggressive towards the pump materials.
Operating at 0.55 kW, the system provides a maximum head of 50 m and maximum flow of 80 L/Min at 50 Hz and 2900 min?¹. The maximum working pressure is 7 bar, while continuous service is rated S1 for operation within the stated application limits.
Hydraulic performance is provided by a multi-stage centrifugal pump, with the 4CRm 80-EP1 curve showing the relationship between flow and head across its operating range. The system is intended for clean-water pressure duties rather than applications involving abrasive or chemically aggressive liquids.
The pump construction uses stainless steel AISI 304 for the body and backplate, with Noryl FE1520PW impellers and diffusers. Liquid temperature is permitted from -10°C to +40°C, with a single-phase 240 V motor incorporating thermal overload protection in the winding.

- Class F insulation and IP X4 motor protection are specified for the electric motor assembly.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
