For domestic and civil clean-water service, the 5CRM80X-EP22 Easy Pump Pressure System provides pressure delivery for applications using small and medium sized pressure tanks. The same series is also specified for garden and orchard irrigation, provided the liquid is clean and not chemically aggressive towards the pump materials.
With a 0.75 kW single-phase motor, the 5CRm 80-EP1 reaches a maximum head of 67 m and maximum flow of 80 L/Min at 50 Hz and 2900 min⁻¹. Its maximum working pressure is 7 bar, and the motor is intended for continuous S1 service within the stated operating conditions.
The hydraulic assembly is a multi-stage centrifugal pump, with performance varying according to the operating point shown on the characteristic curve. This configuration provides the pressure range required for clean-water distribution and pressure system duties without extending the specified application beyond domestic, civil and garden or orchard use.
Stainless steel AISI 304 forms the pump body and backplate, while the hydraulic stages use Noryl FE1520PW impellers and diffusers. The permitted liquid temperature is -10°C to +40°C, and the single-phase 240 V motor includes thermal overload protection incorporated into the winding.
