Product Overview
Focused entirely on municipal and industrial pressure boosting, the Pedrollo F32/200AB accurately directs clear, non-abrasive fluids across complex infrastructure. Proper deployment dictates that the machine be housed indoors or within a sheltered pumping station away from direct elemental exposure.
Utilizing a 415 V three-phase connection, the 4 kW motor pushes fluid powerfully to secure a verified Max Head 55 m and a corresponding Max Flow 320 L/Min. Plumbing requirements mandate securely mating the system to a 50 mm intake line and a 32 mm delivery line to ensure correct hydraulic behavior.
Constructed as an EN733 compliant close-coupled blueprint, the internal volute handles flow seamlessly over extended cycles. This exact geometric proportion allows for a maximum manometric suction lift of 7 m, optimizing pressure generation without risking internal hydraulic shear.
Mechanical strength relies on a dense cast iron external body safeguarding a dedicated brass impeller. A professional-grade Ceramic, Graphite, and NBR interface effectively seals the mechanical gap. Power is provided by an IE3 certified electric motor, carrying IP55 environmental shielding and F-class thermal insulation.
