Product Overview
Engineered explicitly for commercial cooling systems and temperature control networks, the Pedrollo F40/125C moves non-aggressive liquids with high reliability. To preserve structural integrity and motor health, the equipment requires mounting inside well-ventilated, weather-shielded facility rooms.
Drawing from a 415 V industrial electrical supply, the 1.1 kW mechanism generates stable pressurization, specifically a Max Head 16 m and a Max Flow 550 L/Min. Integration into existing pipework requires a standard 65 mm suction entry bolted to a 40 mm pressurized exit port.
The horizontal flanged layout rigorously follows EN733 dimension standards, promoting balanced kinetic transfer during continuous operation. It draws clear liquid safely, maintaining a 7 m manometric suction limit without inducing destructive cavitation or severe fluid disruption.
A thick cast iron housing surrounds the precision brass impeller, translating motor torque into smooth volumetric movement. The rotational shaft is isolated by a trusted Ceramic, Graphite, and NBR seal configuration. The three-phase drive ensures IE3 compliance, complete with IP55 dust protection and class F temperature resistance.
