Product Overview
Intended for demanding commercial fluid supply scenarios, the Pedrollo F40/160A transfers clean liquids reliably across expansive infrastructure. Safe deployment demands that the equipment remains sheltered from direct outdoor exposure to preserve internal component integrity over long active cycles.
Operating across a 415 V three-phase grid, the robust 4 kW motor pushes a steady flow, resulting in a verified Max Head 38 m and a Max Flow 700 L/Min. Exact pipeline integration requires firmly bolting the system to a 65 mm intake port and a 40 mm pressurized output port.
Manufactured directly to EN733 structural guidelines, the close-coupled footprint balances internal velocities efficiently. The geometric layout provides a reliable 7 m manometric suction capability, optimizing continuous flow delivery without inducing damaging cavitation during demanding mechanical operation.
A dense cast iron body encloses a precisely machined brass impeller, translating rotational energy into stable kinetic movement. Shaft containment relies on a Ceramic, Graphite, and NBR dynamic seal. The high-efficiency IE3 drive mechanism includes an IP55 enclosure and class F thermal regulation.
