This technopolymer unit is intended for domestic emergency use, providing a portable solution for the evacuation of rooms or garages. The bottom-mounted suction filter allows the pump to drain liquid down to a level of 14 mm above the floor surface in manual operation modes.
Hydraulic delivery is driven by a 0.25 kW single-phase motor running at 240v, achieving a maximum flow rate of up to 160 L/Min. Drawing a rated current of 1.3 Amps, the system delivers up to 6 m head. The internal electric motor is designed for continuous S1 duty, with the pumped liquid providing continuous motor cooling during operation.
Processing of clean water is managed by a single Noryl impeller. The design permits the passage of suspended solids up to 10 mm in diameter, making the pump suitable for domestic drainage applications. This simple and robust hydraulic design provides reliable water transfer when clearing flooded residential areas.
Mechanical construction features a high-strength technopolymer pump body and suction filter, combined with an AISI 304 stainless steel motor casing for corrosion resistance. Moisture protection is provided by a double mechanical seal arrangement with an interposed oil chamber to protect the motor shaft against water ingress. The motor is further protected by Class F insulation and winding-embedded thermal contacts to trigger a safety shut-off during overheating.
