    Pairs well with

Engineered to withstand heavy load challenges, the Pedrollo VXC15/45 VXC Submersible Vortex pump, FBSP is a dedicated liquid management platform. Built to address unpredictable demands of commercial sewage processing, it operates effectively at handling dirty water with suspended solids to route complex wastewater.

To operate in putrid sludge environments, the primary body is cast from ultra-thick iron and treated with a cataphoresis coating. This provides resilience against environmental corrosion. Recording a weight of 19.1 kg, the dense structural casting helps the mechanism remain anchored during high-volume operations.

Inside the housing, a VORTEX impeller directs heavy liquids outward while managing debris. The integrity of the drive shaft is defended by a double mechanical seal separated by an oil chamber. These hydraulic components accelerate dense fluids, generating a flow of 650 L/Min and maintaining a head pressure of 11 m.

Drawing from a three-phase framework, the efficient 1.1 kW motor consumes a steady 3 Amps of current at 415v. Configured for integration into commercial networks, it features a 10-metre power cable and a 50 mm outlet port for pipeline connections, allowing continuous processing of mixtures up to 40 degrees Celsius.

    Features

    • Manufactured from cataphoresis-coated cast iron to strongly resist chemical pit abrasion
    • Utilizes a high-efficiency VORTEX style impeller optimized entirely for raw sewage handling
    • Incorporates an intervening oil chamber to fully isolate the dual mechanical drive seals
    • Features a standard 50 mm discharge port sized directly for commercial structural plumbing
    • Safely operates completely submerged in liquid medium temperatures reaching up to 40 degrees
    • Dry physical weight scales to 19.1 kg for excellent stability and anchoring within deep trenches
