Hydraulic output is powered by a high-torque three-phase 415V electric motor with an industrial rating of 2.20 kW. This massive electrical design generates an outstanding maximum flow rate of 900 L/Min and reaches a high maximum vertical discharge head of 18 m. The large-volume hydraulic performance allows municipal pits to clear heavy inflows rapidly, pushing dense wastewater through standard 100 mm discharge manifolds.
Liquid solid handling is centered around an advanced single-vaned semi-open non-clog impeller combined with a heavy-duty shredding cutter mechanism. The hardened, heat-treated cutting edges shred raw stringy waste, organic particles, and industrial fibers before the debris enters the volute, successfully preventing downstream line blockages. The hydrodynamically balanced hydraulic paths ensure optimal flow velocity and reduce rotational vibration.
Physical build consists of a marine-grade stainless steel motor casing for efficient thermal dissipation.
