    Pairs well with

Elevating high-volume commercial effluent and fibrous sewage slurry is exceptionally reliable with the Pumpmaster SST-332D industrial three-phase submersible sewage cutter pump. Specially designed for municipal treatment facilities, large commercial complexes, and industrial washdown bays, this heavy-duty unit is engineered to run under continuous duty in aggressive chemical environments. Supplied as a manual three-phase model, it connects seamlessly into automated double-pump municipal pit networks.

Hydraulic output is powered by a high-torque three-phase 415V electric motor with an industrial rating of 2.20 kW. This massive electrical design generates an outstanding maximum flow rate of 900 L/Min and reaches a high maximum vertical discharge head of 18 m. The large-volume hydraulic performance allows municipal pits to clear heavy inflows rapidly, pushing dense wastewater through standard 100 mm discharge manifolds.

Liquid solid handling is centered around an advanced single-vaned semi-open non-clog impeller combined with a heavy-duty shredding cutter mechanism. The hardened, heat-treated cutting edges shred raw stringy waste, organic particles, and industrial fibers before the debris enters the volute, successfully preventing downstream line blockages. The hydrodynamically balanced hydraulic paths ensure optimal flow velocity and reduce rotational vibration.

Physical build consists of a marine-grade stainless steel motor casing for efficient thermal dissipation. Double mechanical seals plus a secondary oil seal shield the stator windings from wastewater ingress, extending the operational life. Winding-integrated thermal protectors provide automatic shut-off safety during electrical phase imbalances.

    Features

    • High-torque 2.20 kW three-phase motor delivering robust startup torque in heavy sewage slurry.
    • Advanced solid macerating mechanism with hardened cutting edges actively reducing blockages.
    • Double mechanical seal configuration with a protective oil reservoir separating motor coils.
    • Stainless steel motor casing providing superior corrosion defense and optimal temperature control.
    • Massive 100 mm discharge outlet facilitating extremely high flow volumes with minimal friction.
    • Hydrodynamically balanced single-vane impeller paths reducing mechanical stress on bearings.
    • Manual three-phase close-coupled configuration optimized for external electrical safety control.
