Puretec PL9352 Pleated Sediment 0.35 Micron 2.5" x 10" Water Filter Cartridge

Spanning a long 20-inch profile, the fine-grade Puretec PL9352 pleated filter targets sub-micron sediment in larger pipelines. This model operates as a high-capacity particulate catcher for commercial buildings or large households. It is suitable for standard slimline filter housings and installs into high-flow filtration housings.

For materials, the filter utilizes fine-grade non-woven polyester fabric sheets folded into a high-density pleated structure. This pleated media surrounds a solid central polypropylene core that provides structural stiffness in high-flow pipelines. The top and bottom ends are sealed in thermo-setting vinyl plastisol PVC to block water bypass.

The physical dimensions of this long filter are 2.5 inches by 20 inches, featuring an ultra-fine nominal rating of 0.35 microns. It incorporates more than 4 square feet (0.37 square meters) of active filter media to trap incoming particles. The structural overlap seam is sonically welded, which blocks internal water bypass and increases the physical capture efficiency.

The cartridge operates at a maximum flow rate of 80 L/Min, retaining excellent hydraulic flow properties. It is rated for fluid temperatures from 4.4°C to 51.7°C (40°F to 125°F). Built with washable synthetic media, the cartridge features a reusable design, enabling cleaning between service runs to reduce costs.
