Engineered for industrial wastewater transfer and the lifting of soiled liquids in commercial stations, this vertical submersible unit handles liquid temperatures up to 40°C. It is rated for continuous S1 operation and is designed for fixed installation in collection wells. The manual configuration requires an external three-phase supply and control panel for start and stop management.

Hydraulic performance for the 0.74 kW motor includes a maximum flow rate of up to 450 L/Min and reaching approximately 11.5 m head. Operating on a three-phase 415 V supply, the unit draws a rated current of 2.15 Amps. The air-filled 2-pole dry induction motor is supplied with 10 meters of submersible power cable.

The hydraulic system utilizes a set-back vortex impeller with 40 mm free passage through the pump. This configuration provides a recessed flow path through the discharge port. It ensures reliable performance in industrial systems where solids are present.

Construction features a cast iron EN-GJL 250 pump body and motor frame with an AISI 431 stainless steel shaft. Shaft sealing is provided by two silicon carbide mechanical seals in an intermediate oil chamber. The assembly utilizes NBR rubber for all gaskets and O-rings and is protected by a bi-epoxy coating reaching 120 µm in thickness.
