    Pairs well with

Established for reliable service in domestic environments, this submersible unit is specifically engineered to manage sewage and slightly dirty wastewater. Its design facilitates efficient wastewater disposal, making it ideal for residential septic systems and drainage tasks where fluid contains small organic particles. The hydraulic configuration ensures steady performance when submerged in standard sumps or collection tanks.

Delivering a robust maximum flow rate of up to 480 L/Min, this pump provides excellent hydraulic output for its class. It is capable of reaching a maximum head of approximately 12.5 m, driven by a 0.88 kW electric motor operating on a single-phase 240v supply. These performance parameters allow for effective vertical lift and horizontal transfer in diverse domestic plumbing arrangements.

The hydraulic core features a set-back vortex impeller designed to handle suspended solids up to 50 mm in diameter without clogging. By creating a vortex in the pump casing, the impeller stays out of the primary flow path of the solids, minimizing wear and ensuring consistent liquid handling performance with wastewater. This open passage design maintains reliable hydraulic performance during continuous operation.

Constructed with a high-grade cast iron EN-GJL 250 body and stainless steel AISI 431 shaft, the mechanical assembly is built for durability in wet installations. It utilizes a silicon carbide mechanical seal and lip seal for protection against liquid ingress. The motor includes integrated thermal protection and a float switch for automatic level management in liquids up to 40°C.

    FEATURES

    • EN-GJL 250 cast iron body provides excellent strength and corrosion resistance in sewage applications.
    • Set-back Vortex impeller minimizes contact with solids to reduce wear and clogging.
    • Integrated float switch provides automatic level control without external controllers.
    • Built-in thermal protection helps prevent overheating during continuous operation.
    • Silicon carbide mechanical seal with auxiliary lip seal provides reliable motor protection.
    • AISI 431 stainless steel shaft offers high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
    • 50 mm free passage handles organic solids and fibrous wastewater with reduced clogging.
    • 120 µm bi-epoxy coating improves corrosion resistance in demanding wastewater environments.
