    Pairs well with

Engineered for demanding domestic sewage and wastewater management, this submersible vortex pump is particularly well-suited for handling liquids containing residential waste. It excels in permanent installations where reliable fluid transfer is required for soiled wastewater. The system's wet-end configuration is optimized for submerged operation in household pits and residential collection sumps.

The hydraulic performance is characterized by a maximum flow of up to 600 L/Min and a maximum head of approximately 15.5 m. Powered by a 1.5 kW motor at 240v, it provides ample pressure and volume for intensive domestic lifting applications. The single-phase motor includes an integrated starting capacitor, thermal protection and float switch for reliable automatic operation.

Utilizing a set-back vortex impeller, the pump effectively handles solid particles with a 50 mm free passage. The hydraulic design provides reliable solids handling across a wide operating range, ensuring that the majority of solids pass through the pump body without directly impacting the rotating impeller. This liquid handling performance maintains consistency even during varying discharge pressures.

The mechanical construction features a robust cast iron EN-GJL 250 body with an AISI 431 stainless steel shaft for high structural durability. It is equipped with a high-performance silicon carbide mechanical seal and lip seal protected by NBR gaskets. Operating limits support liquid temperatures up to 40°C, and the unit is supplied with a 10 m cable for convenient installation.
