The unit is optimized for heavy-duty service in public and private infrastructure requiring continuous wastewater handling.

Pumping capability is provided by a 7.5 kW motor configured for a 415v three-phase supply, delivering dependable discharge performance across high-volume cycles. This model achieves a maximum flow of approx 2190 L/Min and reaches a maximum vertical head upto 20.8 m. These parameters ensure effective wastewater handling capability in demanding scenarios where high flow and discharge head are required simultaneously.

The hydraulic design utilizes a set-back vortex impeller to create a powerful rotational vortex within the casing. This design helps reduce the risk of clogging by ensuring that solids and fibrous filaments pass through the pump body without making constant contact with moving parts. This action maintains reliable hydraulic performance even when handling unscreened liquids and industrial waste.

Constructed from Cast iron EN-GJL 250, the pump incorporates a stainless steel AISI 431 shaft and double mechanical seals in silicon carbide (2SiC). A 200 µm bi-epoxy coating protects exposed surfaces against abrasive operating environments, while ATEX certification permits installation in Zone 1 hazardous atmosphere locations.
