Designed for industrial effluent disposal, this submersible vortex pump transfers wastewater containing suspended solids in professional agricultural and livestock settings. It is built for consistent service in wastewater treatment plants and civil sewer systems where the transfer of soiled liquids is a primary requirement. The unit is optimized for stable performance in heavy-duty liquid transfer duties.

Pumping capability is provided by a 2.2 kW motor adjusted for a 415v supply, delivering steady liquid movement across its application range. The system maintains a maximum flow approx 810 L/Min within its recommended range and is capable of reaching a max head upto 10.1 m. These metrics ensure consistent hydraulic operation when handling industrial effluents and polluted waste.

The hydraulic design incorporates a set-back vortex impeller configuration which helps reduce the risk of clogging by creating a rotational vortex. This allows solids and fibrous filaments to bypass the impeller blades, reducing mechanical stress on the hydraulic components. Discharge performance is optimized for handling polluted wastewater while maintaining a reliable discharge rate.

Constructed from Cast iron EN-GJL 250, the pump body is protected by a 200 µm bi-epoxy coating to withstand abrasive operating environments. The internal drive system utilizes an AISI 431 stainless steel shaft and double mechanical seals in silicon carbide (2SiC) for durability. Fully ATEX certified, this model is safe for use in Zone 1 hazardous areas.

    FEATURES

    • Type DG vortex hydraulic configuration allows for the movement of solids and fibrous materials in industrial waste.
    • 2-pole motor with Class H insulation and IP68 protection for reliable continuous wastewater handling.
    • Cast iron EN-GJL 250 construction ensures mechanical reliability when handling aggressive industrial effluents.
    • Double mechanical seals in silicon carbide (2SiC) in an oil chamber for high-integrity motor protection.
    • ATEX compliant (Ex db IIB T4 Gb) for safe operation in explosive gas environments and hazardous atmosphere zones.
    • 200 µm bi-epoxy coating provides defense against aggressive chemicals and waste.
    • High mechanical strength AISI 431 stainless steel shaft protects against corrosion in submerged use.
    • Universal GAS thread cable gland enables the use of protective piping for power cables in turbulent fluids.
