Optimized for handling heavily soiled wastewater and industrial drainage systems, this robust submersible pump is built for professional liquid management. It is a preferred choice for stormwater management, civil lifting stations, and commercial drainage where high solid content is present. The unit's design ensures efficient wastewater transfer through complex civil and industrial systems.

The motor delivers 2.2 kW of power rated for 415v, providing steady liquid movement across its four-pole configuration for constant drainage management. It achieves a maximum vertical head approx 11.0 m and maintains a flow capacity upto 1386 L/Min. These parameters provide effective pumping capability during peak demand periods in commercial and industrial systems.

Integration of a set-back vortex impeller helps reduce the risk of clogging by allowing solids and filaments to bypass the rotating parts. By creating a powerful centrifugal vortex, the hydraulic configuration moves polluted liquids without material making constant contact with the impeller vanes. This reduces mechanical stress and prolongs the service life of the hydraulic components.

Constructed from Cast iron EN-GJL 250, the casing and motor housing are treated with a 200 µm bi-epoxy coating for durability in abrasive operating environments. The internal drive system features an AISI 431 stainless steel shaft and double mechanical seals in silicon carbide (2SiC). ATEX certification ensures the unit is suitable for hazardous area installations where explosive gases may be present.

    FEATURES

    • Vortex hydraulic configuration provides exceptional solids handling capability in heavily soiled wastewater environments.
    • Efficient 4-pole motor with Class H insulation and IP68 protection for constant liquid transfer.
    • Cast iron EN-GJL 250 construction for the motor casing and pump body designed for abrasive operating environments.
    • High mechanical strength AISI 431 stainless steel drive shaft provides resistance to corrosive industrial effluents.
    • Double mechanical seals in silicon carbide (2SiC) ensure the motor remains dry during continuous submerged operation.
    • Full ATEX certification (Ex db IIB T4 Gb) for deployment in hazardous zones with flammable gas or explosive risk.
    • 200 µm bi-epoxy coating protects critical surfaces from aggressive chemical agents.
    • GAS thread power cable gland allows for secure installation and protection against physical damage.
