This unit is specified for storm water, wastewater treatment plant influent, sewage systems, and low to medium density activated sludges, and is compatible with free-standing installation using a separate ring stand accessory.
Maximum hydraulic performance for this model reaches 34.9 metres of head and 2706 L/Min of flow, driven by a 415V three-phase motor rated at 13.7 Amps. The motor delivers 7.5 kW of shaft power with direct starting and a starting current of 92.1 Amps. These specifications make the pump suitable for high-volume transfer applications where sustained pressure and flow are required across moderate system resistances.
Solids handling is managed through a multi-channel open impeller configuration that permits free passage of solids up to 40 mm, minimising clogging risk in dirty water applications. The hydraulic design follows UNI EN ISO 9906:2012 standards, ensuring predictable performance across the operating curve. Cast iron EN-GJL 250 forms the primary hydraulic component material, with the impeller manufactured from the same grade for consistent wear characteristics.
The pump casing is constructed from Cast Iron EN-GJL 250 with a bi-epoxy 200 ?m sea water resistant coating applied to all external surfaces. The shaft is manufactured from stainless steel AISI 431, and the sealing arrangement consists of two mechanical seals in silicon carbide (2SiC). Class H insulation and IP68 ingress protection are specified for the motor, which also incorporates thermal protection and a leakage sensor. Cable length is 10 metres with 4G1,5+3x1 conductor configuration, and the unit weighs 79.2 kg excluding cable and stand.
