Circulation stability and solids handling capability are fundamental to effective dewatering in sewage treatment and industrial drainage applications. The Zenit DRG 300/4/80HG0ETEX is a 2.2 kW submersible drainage pump with ATEX Ex d certification, designed for industrial stormwater dewatering, wastewater treatment, and low to medium density activated sludge handling. The unit is compatible with both free-standing ring stand installations and fixed bottom coupling arrangements.

Performance specifications include a maximum head of 12.1 metres and a maximum flow of 1938 L/Min, driven by a 415V three-phase motor drawing 5.2 Amps. The 2.2 kW motor uses direct starting with 25.3 Amps starting current and produces 14.9 Nm of rated torque. These performance parameters suit medium-flow dewatering operations where moderate head requirements are typical.

Solids passage capability is provided by an open channel impeller with a free passage of 75 mm, one of the largest in this class. The multi-channel open impeller design maintains hydraulic efficiency while processing solids-laden liquids. The hydraulic system is manufactured from Cast Iron EN-GJL 250, with the impeller of the same material, and performance curve tolerance complies with UNI EN ISO 9906:2012.

The casing is Cast Iron EN-GJL 250 with bi-epoxy 200 ?m sea water resistant coating. A stainless steel AISI 431 shaft and two silicon carbide mechanical seals (2SiC) form the rotating assembly. Motor protection includes Class H insulation, IP68 ingress rating, thermal protection, and a leakage sensor. Cable length is 10 metres with 4G1,5+3x1 conductor configuration, and the unit weighs 60.2 kg. A ZENS9024.007 Ring Stand is required for free-standing operation.
