Maximum head reaches 25.1 metres with a maximum flow of 2472 L/Min, driven by a 415V three-phase motor drawing 10.8 Amps. The 5.5 kW motor uses direct starting with 77.8 Amps starting current and produces 18.3 Nm of rated torque. These performance characteristics suit high-volume transfer operations with medium head requirements.
Solids handling is managed through an open channel impeller with a free passage of 40 mm, using a multi-channel configuration that maintains hydraulic efficiency. The hydraulic system is constructed from Cast Iron EN-GJL 250, with the impeller of the same material. Performance curve tolerance complies with UNI EN ISO 9906:2012 standards for reliable system design.
Construction consists of a Cast Iron EN-GJL 250 casing with bi-epoxy 200 ?m sea water resistant coating. The shaft is stainless steel AISI 431, and sealing uses two mechanical seals in silicon carbide (2SiC). Motor protection includes Class H insulation, IP68 rating, thermal protection, and a leakage sensor. Cable length is 10 metres with 4G1,5+3x1 configuration, and the unit weighs 71.3 kg. A ZENS9024.006 Ring Stand is required for free-standing operation.
