The unit is suitable for pumping blackwater and sewage in civil, residential, professional, and industrial applications including livestock farms and underground carparks.
Maximum head for this model is 53.3 metres with a maximum flow of 504 L/Min, driven by a 415V three-phase motor drawing 13.7 Amps. The 7.5 kW motor uses direct starting with 92.1 Amps starting current and produces 24.9 Nm of rated torque. These performance characteristics suit high-head applications requiring significant pressure capability for long-distance transfer or elevation.
The hydraulic system incorporates a multi-channel open impeller with grinder system, with the impeller manufactured from Cast Iron EN-GJL 250. The grinding mechanism uses chromium steel cutter and cutting disk (X102 CrMo17 KU) that process all solids. Free passage is 0 mm as all solids are reduced by the grinding system. Hydraulic efficiency is rated at 43.7%.
Construction features a Cast Iron EN-GJL 250 casing with bi-epoxy 200 ?m sea water resistant coating. The shaft is stainless steel AISI 431, and sealing uses two mechanical seals in silicon carbide (2SiC). Motor protection includes Class H insulation, IP68 rating, thermal protection, and a leakage sensor. Cable length is 10 metres with 4G1,5+3x1 configuration, and the unit weighs 68.2 kg. A ZENS9024.006 Ring Stand is required for free-standing operation.
