Featuring a physical casting manufactured from EN-GJL 250 cast iron, the ZEN-APBLUEP100/2/G40HMGEX submersible pump offers casting weight for immersion. This model from the BluePRO series is designed for handling clear wastewater, rainwater and seepage containing small amounts of sand, decorative fountains with automatic level operation. It is certified for connection to standard installations or connection to auto-coupling systems.
Constructed from Cast iron EN-GJL 250 surrounding the motor frame, the casting surrounding internal components features a high-tensile Stainless steel AISI 431 shaft. The cast iron EN-GJS 600 high head impeller processes solid matter with a maximum size limit of 6 mm. This unit weighs 19 kg and operates in liquids up to 40°C.
The 0.74 kW motor operates on a standard 240 V supply with a nominal rated current of 5.50 Amps. The pump achieves a maximum head of 17.3 meters and a maximum flow of 360 L/Min through a 40 mm discharge outlet.
Motor winding thermal safety cutoffs are integrated with Class F insulation and an IP68 enclosure structure. This submersible pump is specified for installation depths in fluid media up to 10 meters. Dual mechanical two silicon carbide mechanical seals (2SiC) in oil sump provide containment.
