Civil and industrial wastewater treatment plants require high-efficiency solutions for the management of sewage and the recycling of activated sludges. This professional-grade electric pump is developed for heavy-duty applications involving biological liquids and rainwater containing solids. Its robust construction ensures safe and stable operation in large collection basins and professional lift stations.

Delivering a maximum head of up to 17.5 m and a flow rate of up to 1140 L/Min, the unit is powered by a 4.0 kW electric motor. The motor is configured for a 415v three-phase supply and aims for Premium Efficiency (IE3) class compliance to reduce operational energy costs. This hydraulic performance provides high stability across a wide range of discharge conditions in professional sumps.

The vortex impeller incorporates a generous 65 mm free passage, allowing sewage, industrial sludge and biological liquids to pass with minimal risk of blockage while maintaining continuous hydraulic efficiency. The liquid handling performance remains consistent even when dealing with heavily soiled civil wastewater.

Structural integrity is maintained by a rugged EN-GJL 250 cast iron casing and a high-strength AISI 431 stainless steel shaft. Motor protection is provided by two silicon carbide (SiC) mechanical seals in an oil chamber and includes three Klixon bimetal thermal protectors and a leakage sensor. A durable 120 µm bi-epoxy coating is applied to all cast iron parts to resist corrosion and chemical attack.

    FEATURES

    • Premium Efficiency (IE3) three-phase motor configuration provides high operational efficiency for heavy-duty industrial tasks.
    • Large 65 mm free passage through a vortex impeller enables the smooth transfer of sewage and biological liquids without clogging.
    • Professional monitoring features include three Klixon thermal protectors in series and a double leakage sensor for the stator housing.
    • Rugged EN-GJL 250 cast iron construction for both the case and impeller ensures high structural rigidity in submerged service.
    • Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals in an oil chamber provide a professional moisture barrier for the high-efficiency motor.
    • Stainless steel AISI 431 shaft and class A2-70 screws offer high mechanical strength and resistance to corrosive environments.
    • Thick 120 µm bi-epoxy surface treatment protects all internal and external surfaces from aggressive civil wastewater agents.
    • DN 65 PN 10-16 flanged discharge facilitates standardized professional integration with large-scale wastewater treatment systems.
