Providing high-efficiency performance for demanding industrial environments, this submersible unit is designed for wastewater treatment plants and the transfer of industrial sludges. It serves as a reliable solution for lifting sewage and biological liquids containing suspended solids in both civil and commercial sectors. The unit's construction is optimized for permanent submerged installation in large collection basins requiring professional-grade equipment.

This model delivers a maximum head of up to 22 m and a peak flow rate of up to 1380 L/Min. It features a robust 5.5 kW three-phase motor running on 415v, designed to meet the Premium Efficiency (IE3) class for enhanced energy savings. The combination of high head and flow capacity makes the pump suitable for demanding wastewater transfer applications requiring significant vertical lift.

Liquid handling is facilitated by a vortex impeller that provides a 65 mm free passage for the transfer of organic solids and fibrous waste. The vortex hydraulic principle reduces direct contact between solids and the impeller, improving reliability when handling abrasive or solids-laden wastewater.

Mechanical durability is provided by a high-grade cast iron EN-GJL 250 body and a high-strength AISI 431 stainless steel shaft. Motor protection includes three bimetal Klixon thermal protectors and a double leakage sensor in the mechanical seal chamber. The entire assembly is treated with a 120 µm bi-epoxy coating to provide a protective shield against corrosion and chemical attack in septic sumps.

    FEATURES

    • Industrial-grade 5.5 kW three-phase motor meets Premium Efficiency (IE3) standards for superior torque and operational economy.
    • Vortex hydraulic configuration enables a 65 mm free passage to process sewage and industrial sludges without system clogs.
    • Sophisticated monitoring system featuring Klixon thermal protectors and a leakage sensor ensures long-term motor reliability.
    • Heavy-duty EN-GJL 250 cast iron construction provides high thermal conductivity and mechanical strength for submerged service.
    • Professional dual mechanical seal arrangement utilizing silicon carbide (SiC) provides an airtight barrier for motor isolation.
    • AISI 431 stainless steel shaft ensures precise rotating alignment and resistance to mechanical stress during duty cycles.
    • High-grade 120 µm bi-epoxy coating protects internal and external components from the corrosive effects of untreated sewage.
    • Flanged DN 65 discharge connection allows for secure and standardized integration with professional coupling devices and piping.
