Lifting sewage and recycling activated sludges in heavy-duty professional applications necessitates the use of high-efficiency equipment. This submersible electric pump is developed for installation in wastewater treatment plants where the reliable handling of biological liquids and rainwater containing solids is critical. Its industrial design ensures safe integration into large sumps for continuous or intermittent duty cycles.

Hydraulic output is exceptional, with this model delivering a maximum head of up to 25 m and a flow rate of up to 1620 L/Min. The combination of high flow capacity and elevated head makes the unit suitable for demanding wastewater transfer and sludge recycling duties. The unit is driven by a high-torque 7.5 kW motor configured for 415v three-phase power systems, achieving Premium Efficiency (IE3) class performance.

At its hydraulic core, a vortex impeller enables a 65 mm free passage, facilitating the trouble-free handling of organic sewage and industrial effluents. The design helps reduce the risk of blockages while ensuring that processed solids are transferred efficiently through the pump housing. This synergy between the hydraulics and the high-efficiency motor maintains efficient liquid handling performance even in moderately contaminated wastewater.

The structural assembly consists of a durable cast iron EN-GJL 250 body and a stainless steel AISI 431 shaft, with NBR gaskets for reliable sealing. Motor protection is maintained by three Klixon thermal protectors and a leakage sensor, while two silicon carbide (SiC) mechanical seals protect the internal housing. A thick 120 µm bi-epoxy coating is applied to all surfaces to provide an effective shield against corrosion and chemical attack.

    FEATURES

    • Powerful 7.5 kW IE3 efficiency three-phase motor provides high starting torque for demanding industrial wastewater tasks.
    • Advanced vortex impeller design creates a 65 mm free passage for the smooth movement of sewage containing suspended solids.
    • Professional protection suite including Klixon thermal protectors and a leakage sensor safeguards against electrical and seal failure.
    • Robust cast iron EN-GJL 250 casing and impeller offer exceptional structural durability and wear resistance in submerged duty.
    • Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals in an oil chamber provide superior moisture barrier protection for the internal motor.
    • Precision AISI 431 stainless steel shaft ensures high mechanical strength and rotating alignment for industrial service.
    • Protective 120 µm bi-epoxy surface treatment shields all internal and external components from corrosive civil wastewater.
    • DN 65 flanged discharge connection facilitates easy and standardized installation in large-scale wastewater collection systems.
