    Pairs well with

Developed for heavy-duty professional applications, this high-efficiency unit is suitable for civil and industrial wastewater treatment plants. It excels in the handling of sewage and the pumping of rainwater containing solids, making it an ideal choice for sludge recycling systems. The unit is engineered for permanent submerged operation, providing a robust solution for environments requiring reliable civil wastewater transfer.

This model delivers a maximum head of up to 12 m and a peak flow rate of up to 1470 L/Min. Driven by a 4.0 kW three-phase motor configured for 415v power systems, it meets Premium Efficiency (IE3) class standards to optimize operational efficiency. This performance provides the discharge capacity necessary for professional collection basins and large-scale residential septic pits.

The vortex impeller incorporates an 80 mm free passage, allowing larger solids and fibrous materials to pass through the pump with reduced risk of clogging while maintaining efficient wastewater transfer. This configuration is refined to ensure the smooth movement of wastewater even when dealing with moderately contaminated effluents.

Structural integrity is provided by a rugged cast iron EN-GJL 250 casing and a high-strength stainless steel AISI 431 shaft. Motor protection is ensured by a professional system of two silicon carbide (SiC) mechanical seals and three Klixon thermal protectors. All internal and external cast iron surfaces receive a thick 120 µm bi-epoxy coating to provide a durable shield against corrosion and chemical attack.

    FEATURES

    • High-efficiency 4.0 kW three-phase motor aims for IE3 Premium Efficiency to reduce long-term energy consumption in plants.
    • Generous 80 mm free passage with a vortex impeller allows for the transfer of larger solids and fibrous materials without clogs.
    • Integrated motor safety includes three Klixon bimetal thermal protectors and a leakage sensor for the stator housing.
    • Rugged EN-GJL 250 cast iron body and impeller provide high structural rigidity for continuous submerged service.
    • Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals in an oil chamber offer a professional and redundant moisture barrier for the motor.
    • High-strength AISI 431 stainless steel shaft ensures precision alignment and resistance to mechanical stress during intensive duty.
    • Thick 120 µm bi-epoxy surface treatment shields cast iron components from the corrosive nature of industrial wastewater.
    • Standardized DN 80 flanged discharge connection facilitates integration with professional wastewater coupling systems and piping.
