Professional sewage management and sludge recycling tasks often mandate the use of high-efficiency submersible equipment. This industrial-grade unit is developed for wastewater treatment plants and civil elevation stations, handling biological liquids and solids-laden rainwater effectively. Its heavy-duty construction allows for permanent installation in professional environments requiring reliable effluent management.

High-torque operation is supported by a 5.5 kW three-phase motor configured for 415v power, achieving a maximum head of up to 16 m. The hydraulic performance provides a peak flow rate of up to 1620 L/Min, ensuring stable wastewater transfer across large collection basins. This model features an IE3 Premium Efficiency motor to ensure high starting torque and consistent operational stability throughout its service life.

The vortex impeller allows solids to travel through an 80 mm free passage while minimizing impeller contact, making it suitable for wastewater containing suspended matter. This hydraulic configuration enables the reliable movement of heavily soiled civil wastewater.

The mechanical assembly is constructed with a rugged EN-GJL 250 cast iron casing and a corrosion-resistant AISI 431 stainless steel shaft. Motor protection is provided by three Klixon thermal protectors and a leakage sensor, while two silicon carbide (SiC) mechanical seals protect the internal housing. All internal and external cast iron components are protected by a 120 µm bi-epoxy coating to resist corrosion and chemical attack.

    FEATURES

    • Industrial-grade 5.5 kW three-phase motor is IE3 efficiency rated for superior torque and operational economy in treatment plants.
    • Large 80 mm free passage through a vortex impeller ensures the smooth management of organic solids and civil sewage.
    • Professional suite of monitoring sensors including Klixon thermal protectors safeguards the motor against electrical damage.
    • Heavy-duty EN-GJL 250 cast iron body and impeller provide high thermal conductivity and structural rigidity for submerged service.
    • Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals in an oil chamber provide a professional moisture barrier for the high-efficiency motor.
    • AISI 431 stainless steel shaft ensures high mechanical strength and optimal alignment of the rotating hydraulic assembly.
    • Protective 120 µm bi-epoxy surface treatment offers a durable shield against chemical attack from aggressive wastewater.
    • DN 80 flanged discharge connection facilitates easy installation in professional pits and standardized wastewater treatment systems.
