The AstralPool RolaChem RO9 5/0 automates this process by continuously monitoring sanitiser activity and making precise dosing adjustments to maintain effective water treatment. Designed for pools up to 45,000 litres, it helps simplify routine maintenance while supporting consistently healthy swimming conditions.

At the centre of the system is a built-in 5 RPM chlorine dosing pump controlled by intelligent proportional dosing software. Rather than operating at fixed intervals, dosing output varies according to actual sanitiser demand, allowing the controller to respond to changing pool requirements throughout the day. This targeted approach assists in reducing chemical wastage while maintaining sanitiser performance.

Reliable measurement begins with a dedicated sanitiser sensor equipped with an inbuilt amplifier capable of detecting and processing low-level water signals. The controller continuously evaluates these readings and automatically determines the appropriate dosing response. By adjusting operation according to weather conditions and bather load, the system delivers a more consistent sanitiser residual without constant manual intervention.

An integrated timeclock allows filter pump schedules to be managed directly from the controller, while spa mode automatically adapts dosing rates when a spa is operating independently from the pool. Compatibility with Viron Connect further extends system flexibility by enabling integration with supported pool automation platforms.
