Suitable for residential swimming pools, it operates across a salt concentration range of 3,000 to 8,000 ppm, with an optimum recommended level of 4,000 ppm. The unit also includes spa mode functionality, allowing integration into pool and spa combinations where separate sanitisation control is required.

With a chlorine production capacity of 25 grams per hour, the VX 7T is recommended for pools up to 96,000 litres in temperate climates or 50,000 litres in tropical climates. Four programmable clock timers provide flexible scheduling of filtration and sanitisation cycles, while the controller can manage filtration systems drawing up to 8.9 amps for coordinated operation of connected equipment.
