The Bianco BLC370-220S2T is a horizontal stainless steel centrifugal pump engineered for clean and moderately aggressive fluids. It is well suited to applications such as dairy wash systems, vat cleaning, water transfer, and irrigation where consistent high flow is required.
With a maximum flow rate of 520 L/Min and a maximum head of 23.1 metres, the pump delivers strong performance for high-volume operations including washing systems, tank emptying, and fluid handling tasks.
Built using corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, the pump body, impeller, diffuser, shaft, and seal support provide durability and long service life. Sealing is handled by a graphite, ceramic, and nitrile mechanical seal, supported by nitrile elastomers for reliable operation.
The unit is driven by a 2.2 kW three-phase 415V close-coupled TEFC motor with in-built thermal overload protection. It features F-class insulation, IP44 protection, and operates with liquid temperatures from 3°C to 85°C at pressures up to 8 bar. Connections include 2" BSPF inlet and 1 1/4" BSPF outlet for standard installation compatibility.
