The Bianco NXT iProtect 22 is an advanced pump motor protection and control unit designed to monitor and safeguard single pump installations. Engineered for reliable pump management, this intelligent control module allows users to select control logic sequences suited to their application while providing superior protection against electrical and operational faults. 

Designed to protect single phase pump motors, particularly three-wire PSC bore pump motors, the iProtect 22 continuously monitors running current and system performance. By digitally monitoring current and voltage conditions, the controller reacts faster and more accurately than traditional analogue overload protection systems, helping to prevent pump damage and reduce downtime. 

The unit supports multiple control logic modes including drainage, boosting and transfer applications. It also features programmable alarm parameters, audible alarm notifications and a flashing display to alert operators when a fault condition occurs. With protection against over voltage, under voltage, dry run, overload and pump stall conditions, the NXT iProtect provides comprehensive pump motor protection for demanding installations.
