A 0.75 kW three-phase motor at 415V drives 26 hydraulic stages, delivering a peak head of 160 meters and a maximum flow of 25 L/Min. The motor flange coupling conforms to NEMA standards, ensuring seamless integration with standardised 4-inch submersible motors.
Each stage incorporates LEXAN floating impellers that can move axially against polycarbonate diffusers, helping to prevent stage seizure when sand particles enter the casing. This design reduces abrasive wear on internal surfaces and supports consistent operation across the performance range.
AISI 304 stainless steel forms the external jacket, with a built-in non-return valve in the delivery casing to protect the motor from reverse rotation and water column weight. Rated for liquid temperatures up to 35°C, the unit includes a chrome-nickel steel suction filter to protect the 26 stages from oversized solids.
