Driven by a 1.5 kW three-phase motor at 415V, the 14-stage assembly achieves a maximum head of 77 meters and a peak flow of 160 L/Min. The motor coupling conforms to NEMA standards, providing a standardised mechanical connection for simplified maintenance and universal flange compatibility.
Axial movement of the LEXAN floating impellers within each stage helps to prevent motor seizure when abrasive solids are present. The high-flow system preserves its hydraulic characteristics over an extended service life.
AISI 304 stainless steel forms the external jacket, with a delivery casing incorporating a built-in non-return valve to protect the hydraulics and motor from back-pressure and water column weight during shutdown. Rated for water up to 35°C, the assembly includes a chrome-nickel steel suction filter.
