A 5.5 kW three-phase motor at 415V drives the 49-stage assembly, achieving a peak head of 257 meters and a maximum flow of 160 L/Min. The motor flange coupling conforms to NEMA standards, ensuring seamless integration with high-output 4-inch submersible bore motors.
Axial movement of the LEXAN floating impellers within each stage helps to prevent seizure when sand particles enter the casing, supporting consistent operation from extreme borehole depths.
AISI 304 stainless steel forms the external jacket, with a delivery casing incorporating a built-in non-return valve to shield the motor and stages from backflow and water column weight. Rated for liquids up to 35°C, the assembly includes a chrome-nickel steel suction lantern and a Class F insulated motor.
