The Calpeda B-T 65 peripheral electropump is engineered for marine circulation duties, pressure support systems, and clean liquid handling applications requiring corrosion-resistant hydraulic construction. Its bronze pump body configuration is particularly suitable for humid operating environments, onboard circulation systems, cooling equipment, and utility liquid transfer installations handling non-abrasive clean liquids.
Driven by a three-phase 400V motor with 0.45 kW rated output power, the B-T 65 develops operating head up to 44 metres while delivering flow rates up to 50 L/Min. The peripheral hydraulic arrangement supports pressure-oriented operating characteristics suitable for compact circulation systems and controlled liquid transfer duties.
The hydraulic assembly incorporates a Brass CW617N EN 12167 impeller designed for efficient peripheral pressure generation relative to pump dimensions. Its close-coupled electropump structure also assists installation flexibility within marine utility systems, cooling arrangements, circulation loops, and compact equipment layouts where installation space is limited.
Mechanical construction includes Bronze CC480K EN 1982 components across the pump casing, lantern bracket, and casing cover for improved corrosion resistance. A Stainless Steel 1.4401 EN 10088 (AISI 316) shaft operates together with a Carbon-Ceramic-NBR mechanical seal arrangement. The 2-pole induction motor operates near 2900 rpm with IP54 protection and Class F insulation for continuous-duty service conditions.
