Powered by a 0.45 kW single-phase motor, the integrated pump delivers flow rates up to 220 L/min and a maximum head of 11.7 m. Drawing a rated current of 4.5 Amps, the unit provides reliable 240v performance for civil drainage tasks. The pumped liquid dissipates motor heat during operation, supporting safe performance during extended transfer cycles in the station well.
Corrosion-resistant polyethylene tank construction ensures a durable housing for underground or above-ground installation. Sealing is managed by a double mechanical shaft seal with an oil chamber containing oil suitable for food and pharmaceutical machinery. The motor features an incorporated capacitor, built-in thermal protector, and a triple impregnation humidity-proof dry winding.
The internal pump uses an open impeller manufactured from chrome-nickel stainless steel AISI 304 to handle suspended solids without clogging. Fluid transfer is achieved through a vertical discharge port, while an integrated suction strainer protects the internal hydraulic stages from oversized debris. This assembly provides the volume required for stable automated drainage cycles in high-demand wells.
