It is engineered to lift effluents from basement levels to higher discharge points, managing liquid temperatures up to 35°C. The system is suitable for surface or underground installation in a vertical position, providing a fixed solution for residential drainage.
The 0.25 kW single-phase motor delivers a maximum flow rate of 170 L/min and reaches a total head of 8.3 m. Drawing a rated current of 2.5 Amps, the internal GXRM pump remains cooled by the passing fluid, facilitating thermal stability during the drainage process. This 240v configuration is equipped with a pre-installed standard float switch to manage automated water level cycles within the tank.
The integrated pump uses a single open impeller manufactured from chrome-nickel stainless steel for reliable liquid handling. This hydraulic design allows for the passage of suspended solids up to 10 mm in diameter through a vertical discharge port. A base-mounted filter protects the suction stage from oversized debris, while the close-coupled assembly ensures efficient flow behavior during service.
A corrosion-resistant polyethylene tank houses the internal components and provides a 40-liter nominal capacity. The assembly includes a preassembled discharge kit featuring an integrated non-return clapper valve and a Ø40 mm PVC connection. Motor protection is provided by a double shaft seal with an oil chamber containing oil suitable for food and pharmaceutical machinery.
