The GEO 500-2GQGM 6-25 represents a high-capacity dual-pump sewage lifting station from the GEO 500 series, equipped with two GQG series grinder pumps. This system is specifically designed for demanding municipal, domestic, and industrial wastewater applications requiring the handling of unscreened raw sewage with substantial solids content. The automatic station includes a 500 liter tank and comprehensive control systems for continuous operation.

The 500 liter medium-density polyethylene tank provides corrosion resistance and is manufactured with minimum overall dimensions to facilitate installation in confined spaces. The tank houses two GQG submersible pumps with horizontal delivery ports and integrated high-power grinding systems for processing fibrous and solid materials in sewage streams. A support kit with two float switches enables automatic level detection and pump sequencing. The station includes two duck foot coupling kits and two 63 mm PVC discharge pipe kits with ball valves and non-return ball valves. The tank design accommodates both surface and underground installation with optional extensions for deeper applications.

Each pump in the GEO 500-2GQGM 6-25 configuration is powered by a 1.5 kW single-phase motor operating on 230 V ± 10% supply with a rated current of 9.5 Amps. The pump delivers a maximum head of 23 meters and a maximum flow of 16.8 m³/h (280 L/Min) per pump. With both pumps operating in parallel, the combined flow reaches 33.6 m³/h (560 L/Min). The 63 mm discharge connection supports the required flow rates. The 2-pole induction motor operates at 2900 rpm on 50 Hz power and incorporates integrated thermal protection. Cable length is 10 meters per pump.

Thermal protection is integrated within each motor winding, with the control panel providing comprehensive protection including starting capacitor management and operational sequencing. The grinding system effectively processes solids typical of raw sewage applications. The system operates with liquid temperatures up to 35°C and supports variable installation depths as required. Pump access is provided through a screw-fixed cover.
