The GEO 500-2GQSM 50-13 is a dual-pump sewage lifting station from the GEO 500 series, configured with two GQS series submersible pumps featuring free-flow vortex impellers. This system is designed for municipal, domestic, and industrial wastewater applications requiring efficient handling of sewage and effluent with suspended solids. The 500 liter capacity station operates automatically with float switch control and includes comprehensive pump management systems.
Constructed from medium-density polyethylene, the 500 liter tank offers corrosion resistance and is designed with minimal spatial requirements for installation flexibility. The tank accommodates two GQS submersible pumps with vertical delivery ports and free-flow vortex impeller designs that enable handling of solids encountered in wastewater applications. The station includes a support kit with two float switches for automatic level detection and pump sequencing. Two 63 mm PVC discharge pipe kits with ball valves and non-return ball valves are included. The tank supports both ground-level and underground installation configurations with optional extension accessories for deeper applications.
Each pump in the GEO 500-2GQSM 50-13 configuration is rated at 1.1 kW and operates on a single-phase 230 V ± 10% supply with a current draw of 8.4 Amps. The pump achieves a maximum head of 12.5 meters and a maximum flow of 36 m³/h (600 L/Min) per pump. Parallel operation delivers a combined maximum flow of 72 m³/h (1200 L/Min). The discharge connection is specified at 63 mm diameter. The 2-pole induction motor operates at 2900 rpm with 50 Hz frequency and incorporates thermal protection with built-in capacitor. Each pump is supplied with a 10 meter cable.
Motor protection includes integrated thermal sensors with an incorporated capacitor for starting. The vortex impeller design facilitates free-flow passage of solids. The system is rated for liquid temperatures up to 35°C and supports various installation depths. Pump access for maintenance is provided through a screw-fixed cover.
