Domestic water supply and rainwater harvesting tasks are managed by the Calpeda MXSM 906. Suitable for clean water transfer from tanks, wells, or reservoirs, it is also utilized for civil and industrial applications. The pump operates with clean liquid up to 35°C in continuous duty scenarios.
Driven by a powerful 2.2 kW single-phase 240v motor, the unit reaches a maximum head of 59.5 m and a maximum flow rate of 183 L/min. Drawing 14.3 Amps, the motor is cooled by the pumped fluid passing through the external jacket, which permits safe operation during partial submersion.
Multi-stage hydraulics feature stainless steel impellers for clean water transfer through the casings. An integrated suction strainer at the base prevents the entrance of solids with a diameter bigger than 2 mm, ensuring the protection of internal components. The unit fits wells of at least 140 mm diameter.
Mechanical features include a close-coupled 5-inch integrated design with an external jacket in chrome-nickel stainless steel AISI 304. Motor protection is provided by a double mechanical shaft seal with an oil chamber. The motor includes an incorporated capacitor, a built-in thermal protector, and a triple impregnation humidity-proof dry winding.
