The Calpeda NGX 6/18 combines high-head jet pump performance with compact close-coupled construction, supporting above-ground transfer duties, industrial washdown arrangements, and pressure-assisted water movement applications.
Its built-in ejector system maintains suction lift capability up to 9 m while assisting automatic priming during shallow-well operation. Hydraulic performance reaches up to 100 L/Min flow with maximum head up to 54.7 m, allowing efficient clean water movement across storage transfer lines, irrigation supply systems, and demanding washing applications.
Calpeda incorporates an exclusive diffuser geometry together with an integrated flow control device to help stabilize hydraulic movement and reduce operational noise during continuous-duty service. Internal air evacuation around the mechanical seal also contributes to improved operating reliability by helping minimize seal stress during temporary abnormal suction conditions.
AISI 304 stainless steel construction across the casing and casing cover improves corrosion resistance during continuous clean water duties, while the brass impeller supports durable hydraulic efficiency under higher-pressure operating conditions. The compact pump layout also simplifies installation where available space is restricted.
The three-phase motor operates on 400V power supply with IP54 enclosure protection and Class F insulation. Continuous-duty operation is suitable for liquid temperatures up to 35°C with maximum permissible casing pressure reaching 8 bar.
