An exclusive diffuser geometry and integrated flow control device assist in lowering hydraulic turbulence and reducing operational noise during continuous-duty operation. Improved internal air evacuation around the mechanical seal helps prevent seal stress caused by temporary abnormal suction conditions.
Both the pump casing and casing cover are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel for improved corrosion resistance, while the Noryl PPO-GF20 impeller supports lightweight hydraulic efficiency. The compact configuration simplifies installation into restricted utility spaces.
The single-phase 240V motor delivering 0.55 kW rated output power operates with integrated thermal protection, IP54 enclosure rating, and Class F insulation. Continuous-duty operation is supported for liquid temperatures up to 35°C with maximum permissible casing pressure reaching 8 bar.
