Davey 1PP10J Poly Pleated Sediment Removal 1 Micron 10" Jumbo Replacement Cartridge

At 1-micron filtration, the 1PP10J Microlene Poly Pleated Sediment Removal Cartridge combines high-density polyester pleated media with a 10-inch Jumbo format. It is listed for drinking water, beverage industry, mineral water bottling, laboratory and other industrial applications where low contamination levels are required.

The 4.5-inch diameter Jumbo configuration provides increased filtration surface area for fine sediment capture while retaining the 10-inch cartridge length. A flow rate of 88 lpm is specified, with the pleated construction supporting dirt-holding ability, longer run length and low pressure drop.

Cleaning of the 1-micron cartridge is limited to one or two cycles according to the supplied product information. It can be cleaned under a tap or with gentle hosing when flow becomes too low or head loss reaches 15 psi, followed by bleach sterilisation before reuse. Replacement is required when cleaning is no longer effective.

Thermally bonded construction joins the pliable endcaps to the rigid centre core, providing added strength and long service life. The cartridge has a maximum operating temperature of 52°C and uses white construction with blue endcaps.
