Davey 20PP10J Poly Pleated Sediment Removal 20 Micron 10" Jumbo Replacement Cartridge

Designed for intermediate sediment filtration at higher flow rates, the 20PP10J Microlene Poly Pleated Sediment Removal Cartridge uses 20-micron polyester pleated media in a 10-inch Jumbo format. It is listed for drinking water, beverage industry, mineral water bottling, laboratory and food industry applications, together with prefiltration ahead of sub-micron filters or Reverse Osmosis.

The 4.5-inch diameter Jumbo configuration provides increased filtration surface area for sediment capture and dirt holding compared with the standard cartridge format. Flow is specified at 94 lpm, with the pleated construction supporting longer run length and low pressure drop.

When sediment loading affects flow, the cartridge can be cleaned using a tap or gentle hosing. Diluted acid or other suitable cleaners may be used for heavier deposits before rinsing. Bleach sterilisation is specified before reuse, with replacement recommended when cleaning is no longer effective or head loss reaches 15 psi.

The pliable endcaps and rigid centre core are thermally bonded to form integral joints, providing added structural strength and long service life. Maximum liquid temperature is 52°C, with white construction and blue endcaps.
