Davey 20PP20J Poly Pleated Sediment Removal 20 Micron 20" Jumbo Replacement Cartridge

The 20PP20J Microlene Poly Pleated Sediment Removal Cartridge provides 20-micron sediment filtration in a 20-inch Jumbo format for higher-capacity applications. It is listed for mineral water bottling, food industry, drinking water and other applications where substantial flow capacity is required.

Its 4.5-inch diameter combined with the extended 20-inch length provides a large filtration surface for sediment capture, supporting high dirt-holding ability and longer run length. The specified flow rate is 188 lpm, while the pleated construction provides the low pressure drop associated with this cartridge range.

Several cleaning cycles can be performed using a hose or suitable soaking cleaners as sediment accumulates. Once head loss reaches 15 psi or cleaning is no longer effective, the cartridge should be replaced. Bleach sterilisation is specified before the cartridge is returned to service.

The pliable endcaps are thermally bonded to the rigid centre core, forming integral joints that provide added strength and long service life. The cartridge operates with liquids up to 52°C and has white construction with blue endcaps.
