Davey AS20DD AquaShield Max 2.0 Packaged UV Disinfection System for Rainwater with DynaDrive Pump

Addressing the challenge of pressure boosting and water disinfection in a single package, the AS20DD is a complete water treatment system within the Davey AquaShield Max 2.0 series. It is designed for pressure boosting and UV disinfection of rainwater and potable water supplies. It is suitable for large homes, schools, and guest houses utilizing a single water source.

Constructed with a polished 316L stainless steel UV chamber, the package incorporates a DynaDrive DD90-11 pump. The pump features a 304 stainless steel casing, 304 stainless steel impellers, and a 316 stainless steel pump shaft. This system operates in ambient temperatures up to 50°C and water temperatures up to 40°C.

Operating on a 220-240 V electrical supply with 50/60 Hz frequency, the pump motor is rated at 1.3 kW input power with a running current of 8.6 Amps. The variable speed drive system achieves a maximum set pressure of 600 kPa and holds a maximum flow rate of 92 L/Min at 300 kPa. Inlet plumbing is 1 and a quarter inch Female BSP, with a 1 inch discharge outlet.

This system incorporates a weatherproof cover to house all electrical and hydraulic parts. The variable speed system provides constant water pressure at a default nominal operating pressure of 400 kPa. Dual pre-filtration housings hold a 20 micron pleated and a 1 micron spun cartridge, with a maximum casing pressure of 1,000 kPa.
