Davey AS20RB AquaShield Max 2.0 Packaged UV Disinfection System for Rainwater with RainBank

Integrating a multi-stage filtration system with a centrifugal pump, the AS20RB is a packaged pressure boosting and water disinfection system within the Davey AquaShield Max 2.0 series. It is designed for pressure boosting, filtration, and dual water source control of tank and mains water. It is suitable for large residential homes and commercial potable water systems with mains water back-up.

Constructed with a polished 316L stainless steel UV disinfection chamber, the package integrates an HM60-08 centrifugal pump. The pump and system stage parameters are factory matched and tested. This system operates with water temperatures from 1°C up to 40°C, and handles maximum ambient temperatures up to 50°C.

Operating on a 220-250 V electrical supply with 50 Hz frequency, the package integrates a RainBank2 automatic water source controller with a maximum load current of 10 Amps. The RainBank controller achieves automatic mains water back-up by reverting to mains flow if rainwater is exhausted or power fails. Rainwater inlet is 1 inch Male BSP, with 3/4 inch BSP mains and outlet ports.

This unit features a weatherproof outdoor cover made of polyethylene to enclose the components. The system uses 20 micron pre-filtration for dirt, rust and sediment reduction, followed by 1 micron filtration for parasitic cyst reduction. The maximum system operating pressure is rated at 827 kPa, with a maximum pump pressure limit of 600 kPa.
