Davey ASHM60-10T AquaShield MAX UV Packaged System for Rainwater with HM Pump and Torrium2 Controller

Configured with an HM60-10 multi-stage pump, the ASHM60-10T represents an integrated UV water disinfection and pressure boosting package within the Davey Aquashield MAX series. This model is designed for high-capacity pressure boosting and filtration of domestic and commercial rainwater supplies. It is suitable for schools, guest houses, and multi-bathroom homes.

Constructed with a 304 stainless steel pump casing, stages, and impellers, the assembly features a 316L stainless steel pump shaft. This system operates in ambient temperatures up to 50°C and water temperatures from 8°C up to 40°C.

Operating on a 240 V single-phase supply with a frequency of 50 Hz, the system achieves a maximum flow capacity of 70 L/Min under the regulation of a Torrium2 controller. Inlet plumbing connections measure 32 mm BSP Male, with a 25 mm BSP Male discharge outlet connection. The system is specified for a maximum operating pressure limit of 700 kPa.

This system utilizes a Steriflo UV disinfection unit housed within a 304 stainless steel chassis frame. The physical filtration path incorporates a 20 micron pleated fabric cartridge and a 1 micron spun melt cartridge. The unit has a total shipping weight of 96 kg (including pallet, net weight is 70 kg).
